Tokyo Mega Illumination at Oi Racecourse
The Tokyo Mega Illumination is a winter-only light event held on non-race days at Oi Racecourse in Shinagawa, Tokyo. Ranked number one for four consecutive years (2022–2025) in Walker Plus’s 'Best Illuminations to Visit in Japan', it offers a magical experience for all ages. Highlights include a fountain show, aurora-inspired displays, and a 100-meter tunnel of lights. Visitors can also meet miniature horses, and on select days, enjoy pony rides (limited spots; advance reservation and fees required) and special fountain and horse shows.
