Using the site
Tokyo Events is free to use for finding things to do in Tokyo. Please don't scrape it wholesale, try to break it, or use it for anything illegal.
We try, but always check the source
We pull event info from other places and translate it, and things change: dates move, events sell out or get cancelled, prices go up. We can't promise everything here is current or correct, so treat us as a starting point and confirm the important details on the organiser's official page before making plans.
Content and images
The event facts come from public sources, and the translations are ours. Images and posters belong to their owners, and we link back to the source. If you own something we've shown and want it changed or removed, email us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
Adding your event
If you send us an event, you're telling us you're allowed to share that information. We might edit or translate it, and we may decide not to list something. Nothing personal.
Other sites
We link out to organisers, ticket sellers and maps. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
As-is
This is a hobby project offered as-is, with no guarantees. We're not liable for missed events, wrong times, or a rained-out festival. Use your own judgement.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the site grows.
