A flea market run by the Recycle Undo Shimin no Kai on the tree-lined plaza outside Tokyo International Forum, between Yurakucho and Tokyo stations. Styled after European flea markets, it goes beyond household castoffs to offer a varied, stylish mix of secondhand goods. It is held roughly once a month.
