TOCfE Yokohama Workshop 2026 Live Session 11

The Yokohama Workshop will be held again on the third Tuesday in November! Please note: Workshop registration closes on Monday, November 16 at 11:55 PM due to preparation needs. For 2026, our workshops will continue to take place in person every month. Let’s enjoy exploring the "Thinking Process" together through group activities! A networking social will also be held after the workshop. If you wish to join just the social, you are also very welcome. At the Yokohama Workshop, participants bring topics they’d like to explore together, enjoying and learning from the process of thinking as a group. With no predetermined solutions or answers, the “live session” focuses on tackling problems that might be only vaguely defined. Even when no solution emerges, the emphasis is on learning the process itself. Please come prepared with things you’d like to think through with others—whether it’s a challenge you’re unsure how to approach, or something you believe would benefit from group discussion. Of course, if you don’t have a particular topic, you are still welcome to join as a fellow thinker. Who should attend: - Anyone who enjoys thinking and problem solving - Those looking for hints on how to approach ambiguous challenges - Those interested in becoming familiar with the three TOCfE tools Schedule: 18:45 Gathering (location details provided to registered participants) 19:00 Workshop begins (once everyone has arrived) 20:50 Closing 21:00 Cleanup -> Social gathering (optional) * If you will be late, please contact the organizers in advance.
