Shin Ibaraki Fair (Autumn Harvest Festival)

The Shin Ibaraki Fair, now in its seventh year, will be held at the Goka Roadside Station, featuring an autumn harvest festival centered around Ibaraki’s renowned local chestnuts and sweet potatoes. Throughout the event, locally grown chestnuts and sweet potatoes from Goka Town and other areas of Ibaraki Prefecture will be sold at special booths. Menus featuring seasonal flavors, such as freshly made Mont Blanc desserts using chestnuts from Kasama, Ibaraki, will also be available. Visitors can participate in a prize draw with receipts from purchases during the event. Come and enjoy the festivities.
