From mid-October to early November, the cosmos flowers at Lake Hamana Garden Park are at their best. Around 400,000 cosmos bloom across a 3,000-square-meter Flower Plaza, displaying delicate pink, white, and orange flowers. The Flower Museum also features various cosmos varieties, from classics like Versailles to unique cupcake-shaped blooms. During the Autumn Festival from September 19 to November 8, visitors can enjoy events such as a Halloween-themed stamp rally, cosplay day, and potted plant experiences.
