Autumn Leaves at Myohonji Temple
Located in Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture, Myohonji Temple is the oldest Nichiren Buddhist temple, founded in the mid-Kamakura period. Set in a valley close to downtown Kamakura, the temple is surrounded by abundant nature and offers beautiful scenery throughout the year. In late autumn, the maple and ginkgo trees turn vibrant colors, creating a stunning display on the temple grounds.
