Autumn Leaves at Kaizoji Temple
Located in Kamakura, Kanagawa, Kaizoji Temple is cherished year-round as a renowned flower-viewing spot. At the entrance on the right stands Sokonuke-no-I, one of Kamakura’s ten famous wells, and at the back left, Juroku-no-I, where sixteen round openings line a rock chamber filled with spring water. In autumn, the vivid colors of the maple leaves provide a stunning contrast with the temple gate, traditional Japanese umbrellas, and bell tower on the grounds, creating a truly breathtaking scene.
