Ine to Agave, a craft sake brewery based in Oga City, Akita Prefecture, runs a pop-up shop on the 1st floor of Daimaru Tokyo, near the Louis Vuitton boutique, open daily 10:00-20:00. The shop sells ASIAN WISDOM, a premium craft sake blending ingredients from five Asian regions (Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Indonesia), limited to 1,000 bottles at ¥15,000 before tax. Also available is the collaborative "Kosake Kafu" collection, seven limited-edition variants priced ¥2,750-¥3,300 with labels designed by artists and local Oga businesses such as Ogaya ramen and Sanaburi Factory.
