Join a Buddhist monk in chanting the Heart Sutra at each temple and collect commemorative temple stamps as you journey to the thirteen temples dedicated to the Thirteen Buddhas in Kamakura. Bring your stamp book and take this pilgrimage to pray for the clearing of past and present misdeeds and for blessings for yourself and departed loved ones. Temples on this route include Myoo-in, Jomyo-ji, Hokoku-ji, Kakuen-ji, Raigo-ji, and Hongaku-ji. Advance registration required.
