A flea market of household second-hand goods held on the Ikoi no Hiroba lawn inside Koganei Park, a large, leafy Tokyo metropolitan park popular with families. Roughly 90 to 100 hand-carried stalls sell everyday items; new goods, specialist stock and handmade crafts are not allowed. Entry is free and the market is cancelled in rain.
