Kobe's winter lettuce has been nationally recognized as a designated vegetable since 1969. While lettuce often has a bitter taste, Kambe lettuce is known for its sweetness, crisp texture, and high water content. This event offers a hands-on harvesting experience with this renowned lettuce. Please make a reservation by phone before your visit. In case of rain, harvesting will not be possible, but you can tour the fields and receive fresh lettuce to take home.
