Kamakura Thirteen Buddhas Pilgrimage with Buddhist Monk (Western Route, December 2026)

Join a Buddhist monk on a pilgrimage to seven temples that are part of the Thirteen Buddhas circuit in Kamakura. At each temple, you'll recite the Heart Sutra and receive a pilgrimage stamp in your stamp book. This walking tour is an opportunity to reflect on compassion, seek the extinguishing of past karmic obstacles, pray for a positive future rebirth, and honor departed family members and ancestors. Temples visited include Jochiji, Zenkyoin, Ennoji, Jokomyoin, Kaizoji, Jojuin, and Gokurakuji. *Advance registration required.
