This year, with the cooperation of Yugawara Town in Ashigarashimo District, Kanagawa Prefecture—which has signed a cultural exchange agreement with Toshima Ward—the festival will feature a special event on the 6th floor with local products for sale, sightseeing information, and hands-on craft workshops. The entire Ikebiz venue will host a wide variety of programs for all ages. Many activities are available without advance registration. Come and enjoy the Ikebiz Festival!
