Herb-Infused Sausage Making Workshop

Join a hands-on workshop where you’ll create sausages flavored with freshly picked herbs grown on site. Harvest common sage from the herb nursery in Resort no Mori, mix it with pork, and use a sausage maker to stuff the mixture into casings. Then shape the sausages into spirals and cook them over your own fire in a skillet. Enjoy the distinctive taste and fresh aroma of just-made, herb-infused sausage. Capacity: 5 groups per day (up to 4 people per group).
