While many picture books feature vibrant colors, some leave a strong impression on us by deliberately limiting their color palette. This exhibition introduces picture books from the collections of the International Library of Children's Literature that embody the 'aesthetics of subtraction.' Discover the rich world of works created through the thoughtful reduction of color.
