Autumn Foliage Viewing at Sankeien Garden
November 11 – December 20, 2026
Sankeien Garden, opened in 1906 by silk trader and entrepreneur Tomitaro Hara, spans 175,000 square meters. The garden features historic buildings relocated from Kyoto and Kamakura, arranged throughout the grounds. During autumn, the brilliant colors of ginkgo and maple trees harmonize beautifully with these structures, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of an ancient city.
