Autumn Foliage at Shikomoku Fudo Waterfall
Located in Kamogawa City, Chiba Prefecture, the secluded Shikomoku Fudo Waterfall can be found about one kilometer from the main road, followed by a 150-meter walk along a mountain path. The waterfall stands 10 meters tall and 8 meters wide, with the right side known as the 'male' waterfall and the left as the 'female' waterfall. The area around the falls is a nature observation park, offering impressive views during the autumn foliage season. Typically, maples and ginkgo trees begin to change color in mid-November, reaching their peak from then through early December.
