This exclusive tour allows visitors to view the interior of the Gekkoden Hall at Gokokuji Temple, a nationally designated Important Cultural Property that is usually closed to the public. The hall is renowned as a prime example of late-Muromachi period architecture and is connected to the 'Hara Rokuro Collection' of classical art owned by Hara Museum ARC. It also preserves a fragment of the 'Lantingxu Painting,' attributed to Kanō Eitoku, which was left in scroll form for preservation reasons. Led by Kano school art historian Hidekazu Miyake, this tour offers a unique opportunity to appreciate both the architecture and the artwork.
