Guided by Chef Yohei Abe from Italian Dining Zillion, participants will try making mozzarella cheese and Italian desserts. In collaboration with Fresh Cheese Studio, which promotes the appeal of fresh domestic dairy products, the class features professional instruction on mozzarella making and an authentic tiramisu demonstration by the chef. After the lesson, families can enjoy a full Italian course meal that incorporates the dishes the children made.
