Boso Bread Festival "Pang Night"

Started in 2015, this gourmet event gathers bakeries and bread-related shops from the Boso area. Over two days, approximately 160 vendors from both inside and outside Chiba Prefecture showcase carefully crafted specialty breads, coffee that pairs well with bread, and various gourmet foods and sweets. Visitors can sample unique breads made with additive-free ingredients, natural yeast, domestic wheat, and rice flour to discover their favorite. Additionally, items such as freshly roasted coffee, jams, honey, dairy products, fruits, and vegetables that complement bread are also available, enhancing the overall bread tasting experience.
