Autumn Night Zoo
October 9–12, 2026
A special autumn evening event where visitors can observe nocturnal animals and listen to the sounds of insects in the zoo’s rich natural surroundings. During this event, the zoo stays open until 8 PM, allowing guests to see creatures such as tapirs, tigers, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, and turtles—animals rarely observed at night. There is also a featured exhibit on bats, the only mammals capable of true flight, called the 'Director White's Bat Lab'. On select dates, live performances by saxophone quartets and instrumental bands will be held, along with workshops where visitors can create pin badges using plants found in the zoo.
