Located in Saitama Prefecture, this scenic reservoir is recognized as one of Japan's top 100 dam lakes. On clear days, Mount Fuji can be seen and beautifully reflected on the water’s surface. Walking trails are available around the lake for pleasant strolls. From late November to early December each year, maple, oak, sawtooth oak, and pine trees along the lakeshore turn vibrant colors, offering spectacular autumn foliage.
