Mount Takao’s autumn leaves reach their peak viewing season from mid-November to early December each year. To avoid crowds, it's recommended to visit on weekdays rather than weekends and holidays. The Mount Takao Autumn Festival (October 24 – December 13) features a safety prayer ceremony and performances by local university students.
