Autumn Foliage Light-up at Mount Oyama

During the autumn foliage season, Mount Oyama’s Oyama Temple and the lower shrine of Oyama Afuri Shrine host special evening illuminations of the colorful leaves. The area around the temple gate and within the shrine grounds is especially beautiful, attracting many visitors each year. This is a unique chance to enjoy both the night scenery and vibrant autumn leaves. To coincide with the light-up, the cable car will also run with extended evening hours.
