Yokohama Night Flowers 2026 (Yokohama Night Flowers × Yokohama Green Expo 2027)

The Yokohama Night Flowers × Yokohama Green Expo event brings year-round fireworks displays to Yokohama’s central waterfront. In 2026, the festival will feature a record number of fireworks shows on about 30 days throughout the year, building excitement for the GREEN×EXPO 2027 International Horticultural Exhibition to be held in Yokohama the following year. In December 2024, Yokohama was named one of Japan’s New Top Three Night View Cities for the first time in the Tokyo metropolitan area. The fireworks, set against the beautiful city skyline and harbor, highlight the unique nighttime appeal of Yokohama’s waterfront. Working in collaboration with the 2027 International Horticultural Exhibition, the event will feature fireworks inspired by flowers and greenery, as well as special displays coordinated with other weekend events in the area. Visitors can enjoy shopping, dining, and daytime events, then end the day with spectacular fireworks over the harbor.
