An outdoor festival in Kinshi Park themed around drug abuse prevention, held together with a flea market limited to 40 stalls. Along with live music there are food trucks and children's performances. Organised by Peace Live (a general incorporated association) and supported by Sumida Ward. It runs over two days, 12 and 13 December 2026, and the park is a short walk from JR Kinshicho Station.
