A regular open-air flea market run by Recycle-man in Setagaya Park, held on the fountain plaza and the zelkova-lined path on the Self-Defense Forces Central Hospital side. The park also has sports facilities and a play park, so it draws a relaxed mix of families and older visitors. Around 150 stalls take part.
