Sakuyama Autumn Leaves Festival

During the festival, the Japanese maples in the park—including a nearly 180-year-old tree recognized as one of Otawara City's top 100 notable trees—are illuminated at night, creating a magical atmosphere. The picturesque scenery attracts photographers, making it an ideal spot to capture the vivid red foliage in the autumn sunlight as well as the illuminated leaves glowing against the night sky.
