Grand Ramen Championship presented by Great Tsukemen Expo

This fan-participation gourmet event brings ramen shops together to compete for a grand prize of 5 million yen. Restaurants from across Japan—including ramen shops, Chinese diners, cafeterias, and izakaya founded within the last 15 years—undergo an online preliminary round. The top 64, chosen by fan voting, gather at Okubo Park. During the event, eight different shops are featured at a time, with lineups rotating through eight rounds. Visitors vote to crown the next-generation ramen champion. Shops established over 15 years ago appear as 'legendary' exhibitors.
