This is the Japanese musical adaptation of "La Cage aux Folles" (music/lyrics by Jerry Herman, book by Harvey Fierstein), directed by Kazuya Yamada, running at the Nissay Theatre in Yurakucho, Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo from December 9 to 29, 2026. The double-cast production stars Takeshi Kaga and Masachika Ichimura, with Kanji Ishimaru also in the cast. Reserved-seat tickets range from an S-seat at up to ¥16,000 to a discounted Y-sheet at ¥2,000; general sales open September 30, 2026. After Tokyo the production tours to Aichi, Osaka, Okayama, and Saitama in January–February 2027.
