Monthly Special Events at Boso no Eki Tomiura

Once a month, Boso no Eki Tomiura hosts special events, bringing together multiple food and retail shops under one roof. Highlights include the 'All-You-Can-Eat Sushi' event at Minamiboso Yamato Sushi, where guests can enjoy a wide variety of freshly sourced tuna and local fish for 60 minutes, all made to order. The sushi rice uses locally grown Fusakogane rice from Chiba, and the vinegar blend is a unique additive-free red vinegar with bonito and natural kelp broth. Advance reservations can be made online until 9:00 PM the day before your visit. In addition to the sushi, other eateries feature special menus and buffet options, such as all-you-can-eat grilled seafood at Hamayaki-ya, complimentary large portions of soba at Tendon Ushioya, and select rice bowls and set meals at special prices at Osakana Shokudo Tomiura. Retail shops also join in the festivities with a 'never-lose' lottery at the Souvenir Center Tomiura and an old-fashioned candy grab at Minamiboso Osakana Center.
