An event where the Marunouchi Naka-dori Road, temporarily closed to vehicle traffic, is transformed into a leisure space accessible to everyone. The 17th edition's theme is 'Playful Chill Street — Cooling Day / Neon Night.' During the day, shaded areas, breezes, mist, sounds, and aromas create a cool, relaxing environment. At night, the space becomes a lively playground with food and drink stalls, neon lights, music, yoga, and other programs, offering a memorable summer experience. Throughout the event period, the Marunouchi area also hosts summer festivals featuring Bon Odori dances and traditional fairs.
