LÄ-PPISCH is a rock and ska band formed in 1984 that made its major-label debut on Victor in 1987 and became known for its genre-mixing sound and international touring. "Wind speed of 40 meters per second" celebrates their 40th debut anniversary and is their first Nippon Budokan show in 34 years.
