Kokoro Dining Fermented Foods Pop-Up at Yurakucho Marui

Kikkoman's fermented-food brand Kokoro Dining is holding a limited-time pop-up on the 1st floor (Calendarium F03/05) of Yurakucho Marui from September 21 to October 4, 2026, open daily 11:00-20:00 (until 19:00 on the final day). The event showcases fermentation-based seasonings such as shoyu moromi (unpressed soy sauce lees), flavored dashi, carrot juice, and freeze-dried miso soup, plus the brand's TV-featured "Crispy Soy Sauce Almonds." Visitors can sample the seasonings and dashi broths while staff explain product features and fermentation recipes.
