An evening with Kazuki Tomokawa, the Akita-born singer, poet and painter who debuted in 1974, joined by erhu player Yuki Yoshida (of NRQ) and kodan storyteller Kanda Shunyo. Yoshida played erhu as a guest on Tomokawa's 2014 album 'Fukushu Bourbon', and Kanda Shunyo is a shin'uchi-rank performer of classical kodan narrative storytelling. The bill brings Tomokawa's songs together with Chinese two-string fiddle and traditional Japanese spoken-word performance.
