Kanagawa Yamato Antique and Flea Market: 30th Anniversary Pre-Event—'Appraisal Experts Live in Yamato City'

As a lead-up to the 30th anniversary of the Kanagawa Yamato Antique and Flea Market in 2028, a special event will be held at Sirius Main Hall featuring a live filming of the popular TV Tokyo program 'Appraisal Experts'. Both those wishing to have their treasures appraised and audience members are being recruited. Treasure submissions are welcome—anything you think might be valuable, from antiques and artworks to toys and prize items, regardless of age or type. To apply, fill out the official entry form, attach at least three photos (overall view, close-up of main detail, and any signatures or stamps), and mail it in. There is no limit to the number of entries per person, but antique dealers are not eligible. Application documents and photos will not be returned. Treasure submissions are due by October 10, 2026, and selected participants will be contacted by TV Tokyo staff. The public recording is scheduled for December 20, 2026. To attend as an audience member and enjoy the excitement of live appraisals, apply by mail with a return postcard. One postcard admits two people, and attendees are chosen by lottery.
