A large flea market held by Tokyo SOUQ (Otakara.net) at Sunshine City in Ikebukuro, with sellers renting booths of roughly 2 x 2.5 m to sell secondhand goods, handmade items and more. Visitors reach the venue via the front of the Sunshine 60 building's 4th floor. Entry for shoppers is free, and the event is held on the Culture Day holiday.
