An art event in Hibiya Park featuring large-scale installations that combine flowers, lights, and art. The 2026 theme is 'Timeless Phenomena – Things That Seem Like They Could Exist.' Works by artists Takashi Kuribayashi, Rui Sasaki, and Taiki Yokote will be showcased, including sculptures and installations. Visitors can also enjoy a market with shopping and food options while viewing the art, and participate in related events such as a stamp rally for a chance to receive a special hand towel.
