Louvre Museum Exhibition: Renaissance

This exhibition features approximately 50 Renaissance works from the Louvre Museum in Paris, including Leonardo da Vinci's 'The Beautiful Feronière,' which is being exhibited in Japan for the first time. Most of the works date from the late 15th to the late 16th century, highlighting the period when Renaissance art flourished across Europe. Among them are 15 paintings attributed to Leonardo da Vinci, with 5 owned by the Louvre. After 52 years since the debut of the Mona Lisa in 1974, the museum is showcasing one of Leonardo's masterpieces, 'The Beautiful Feronière,' to the public for the first time in Japan.
