The Kappabashi Shopping Street’s popular summer tradition, the 'Kappa Summer Festival,' returns this year. Enjoy activities for children including festival games, picture-story shows, workshops, a raffle, free shaved ice for the first 600 guests, mini bullet train rides, and the always-popular loach-catching event. This street, connecting Ueno and Asakusa, also offers a direct view of Tokyo Skytree.
