Nishizawa Gorge is renowned as one of Japan's most beautiful valleys. Among its many scenic features, the Nanatsugama-Godan waterfall is especially impressive. The gorge is at its most striking during spring's fresh greenery and the vibrant colors of autumn leaves. The vivid foliage perfectly complements the dramatic landscape, where clear streams have carved striking formations out of massive granite rocks. The walking trail covers about 10 kilometers with varying elevations, offering the opportunity to admire autumn leaves throughout your hike.
