Takatsu Community Center in Kawasaki will host an evening event offering various exercise experiences. The sessions for October and November will focus on Pilates, taught by an instructor from the Takatsu Sports Center. The 60-minute class is suitable for beginners as well as those who want to review the basics. Everyone from first-timers to experienced participants is welcome.
