Chiba Lantern Night
November 21, 2026
Chiba Lantern Night is held to wish for recovery and reconstruction following a series of disasters in Chiba Prefecture. Under the theme 'One Hundred Wishes for the Skies of Chiba,' participants will release one hundred lanterns—each carrying personal wishes or messages for loved ones—into the night sky. The warm lights will illuminate the autumn evening, creating a magical scene. Spend a memorable moment with someone special while hoping for the swift recovery of affected areas and a bright future for Chiba.
