Autumn Leaves at Shakujii Park
November 11 – December 10, 2026
Free entry
Surrounded by lush nature rare for Tokyo’s city center, this park offers a relaxing escape. The colorful autumn foliage reflected on the calm waters of Sanpoji Pond and the lively Shakujii Pond, where visitors can enjoy boating, make it an ideal spot for a scenic stroll. From early November, maples, ginkgo, Chinese maple, cherry trees, dawn redwoods, and bald cypress trees begin to change color, reaching their peak from mid-November to early December.
