Autumn Leaves at Sarue Imperial Gift Park
The southern part of this park was gifted by the government in 1924 to commemorate the wedding of Emperor Showa, and the park officially opened in 1932 as Sarue Imperial Gift Park. The park is divided by Shin-Ohashi Avenue into a tranquil southern area featuring a baseball field and a Japanese garden, and a bright, open northern area with tennis courts, a plaza, and playground equipment. In autumn, the trees throughout the park turn vibrant colors, typically reaching their peak around November.
