[Autumn Foliage Peak] Tsukimachi Falls
November 10–30, 2026
Tsukimachi Falls, with a height of 17 meters and width of 12 meters, is created by the Onamase River, a tributary of the Kuji River. The waterfall is unique in that visitors can walk behind it to view it from the rear. In autumn, the area is beautifully colored by seasonal foliage. The best viewing period is during the peak of the autumn leaves, but late November is also recommended, when fallen leaves cover the ground in a vivid 'carpet of maples.'
