Autumn Foliage at Yasukuni Shrine
November 17 – December 6, 2026
Yasukuni Shrine is famous for its cherry blossoms in spring, but in autumn the vibrant fall foliage is also a highlight. The rows of ginkgo trees lining the main path from the first torii gate to the main hall shine golden during peak foliage season, creating a stunning sight. In the Shinchi Garden behind the main hall, the maple trees turn a brilliant red, delighting visitors.
