Tochigi Prefectural Central Park is an urban park designed around the theme of 'water, greenery, and culture,' featuring a strolling garden with four ponds that blends Japanese and Western elements. Located about 1.5 kilometers west of central Utsunomiya, the park is a lush retreat for residents. In autumn, a variety of tree species gradually turn color, allowing for an extended season of autumn leaf viewing. Typically, the tulip trees are at their best from early to mid-November, followed by the dawn redwoods from late November to early December. In the park’s Japanese garden, maple trees and other plants display vibrant hues, creating a picturesque scene reflecting on the water.
