74th Rakujuen Chrysanthemum Festival
October 30 – November 30, 2026
This year's theme is Kiyomizu-dera Temple, celebrated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and National Treasure, with its historic brown main hall. Around 8,000 potted chrysanthemums, a signature of Rakujuen, will decorate the park. The 74th Tokai Chrysanthemum Competition will also be held from October 30 (Fri) to November 15 (Sun), where visitors can admire carefully cultivated chrysanthemums from enthusiasts. In addition, on November 6–8 and November 13–15, the flowers will be beautifully illuminated from 5 pm to 9 pm for special nighttime viewing.
